Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, the mini retreat experience is not a classic yoga or meditation retreat.
While there will be moments of stillness, reflection and presence, the focus is not on structured yoga classes or long guided meditations.

This retreat is about remembering your playful, intuitive nature.
We do this through time spent outdoors, embodied workshops, creative moments and simple practices that gently invite you out of your head and back into your body and senses.
It’s subtle, experiential and often hard to put into words so I really invite you to experience it :)

  • The retreat combines:

    • Time in nature (walks/ hikes, lots of outdoor moments, sensory experiences)

    • Gentle workshops that invite playfulness, reflection and connection

    • Space to slow down, rest and be without pressure

    • Simple rituals and shared moments

Nothing is forced. Nothing is “performance-based”, you’re invited to participate in a way that feels honest and aligned for you.

  • Not at all.
You don’t need any prior experience, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and be present with yourself and the group.

  • Because we are in the mountains, being prepared for nature is important.

    Please bring:

    • Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in

    • Warm layers (weather can change quickly)

    • A waterproof jacket

    • Good walking shoes suitable for longer outdoor walks/ hikes

    • Optional: slippers or cozy socks for indoors

We will go outside daily, so coming prepared will help you fully enjoy the experience.

  • Mountain weather can be unpredictable: sun, rain, wind and cooler temperatures can all happen, sometimes on the same day.
The retreat goes on in all kinds of weather, and the program is adapted accordingly.

Nature is part of the experience, not something we work around, but something we work with.

  • The activities are gentle and accessible.
Walks/ hikes are taken at a relaxed pace, with space for rest and pauses.

That said, a basic level of mobility is helpful, as we will spend time outside and walking in natural terrain.
