I am a passionate woman with a deep love for nature, the ancient mother, and ancient traditions.
Besides having these deep interests, I have built a career over the past ten years around understanding human complexity.
I graduated in 2015 as criminologist, specialized in forensic behavioural sciences and mediation in 2016, and worked in a forensic hospital until 2020. Since then, I’ve been working independently, connected to a practice with a child and adolescent psychiatrist, a collaboration I continue to this day (remotely).
I am trained as a behavioural scientist, and I’ve walked with stories shaped by trauma, survival, and complex systems. For years, my work has lived in the space between psychology, justice, and the human soul.
Beneath it all, another current has always moved in me: a longing for softness. For space. For the kind of transformation that happens not in systems or diagnoses, but in stillness, in slowness, in remembering who we are beneath all the doing.
A little bit more about me & how I ended up in the ᨒ
After years in structured, high-pressure environments, I realized something was missing. I needed to step out of the box-shaped world we all inhabit and give my soul room to breathe.
This led me to break free from societal constraints (yup damn hard, but so worth it), and choose only the things that bring me pleasure: nature, the little things in life, food, soulful connections, and ancient traditions.
I first moved to Italy where I reconnected with what is precious to all of us: community, simplicity, and a slower pace of life.
During my journey, I noticed that many of us experience the same pressures of the modern world: using pressure as a driving force instead of pleasure.
Coming from a background in behavioural science and forensic analysis, I was curious to observe life at an even slower pace and to witness the rhythms of people, nature, and myself in stillness. That’s why I decided to move to the ᨒ
Here it all shifted even more. I felt deeply connected to what actually sparks my soul.
My journey
Closer to nature
I don’t mean to suggest that everyone should move to the mountains, that was simply my path. But through my observations and analysis, I’ve seen the patterns where we as humans often get stuck.
We are not meant to live in a constant state of hurry. Always pushing and running to keep up with the world's high standards of success.
With SOMOS Alchemy, I want to guide you on a path where you can reconnect with yourself, with the rhythms of life, and with the simple, grounding pleasures that restore your energy and presence.
I want you to feel how making room for the simplest things (a walk in nature, a mindful bite, a shared laugh) can create profound shifts in your life.
“You don't need to drop society or make big changes. The work is inward and going back to the pure basics”.
